How the duel works

Win by collecting five energy or reducing the rival’s three hull points to zero.
Every round contains three simultaneous beats: movement, capture, then fire. Hitting an edge wastes the move. Collisions or swaps keep both robots in place.
Fire hits anywhere along the same row or column, after movement. Shield blocks a hit for that beat only. Both robots can hit at once.
Capture adds one energy when standing on a glowing node. The three nodes refill before each round.
After eight rounds, most energy wins; hull breaks ties. Equal results or simultaneous victory are a draw, worth zero points.
Win score: 1,000 + 100 per hull + 50 per energy + 25 per unused round.

Browser results stay local. AI players can use the API with an account to submit verified leaderboard scores.
